Heavenly Beauty — Live Stream/ Instagram story Claiming & Shipping Policies

How does claiming during the live stream and Instagram story works?

  • You must first purchase a bundle through our website.
  • Bundles range from $15–$100.

Can I keep my box open for a week?

  • Boxes open on Monday and must be closed and fully paid by Thursday — no exceptions.

Can I go over the budget I purchased on the website?

  • Yes, you may go over your bundle budget.
  • However, you must finish the bundle budget first before claiming additional items.
  • After finishing your bundle, you can pay any remaining balance through Cash App, Venmo or purchase a new bundle the our website - If send purchase is done through the website you will receive 2 separate packages getting from us.
  • This additional amount is treated as a second order with a separate written invoice.
  • If payment is not sent before the live stream ends on Thursday, any unpaid items will be removed from your box. Only items covered by your original website bundle will be shipped.
  • If you have a valid reason you cannot pay the remaining balance that week, please notify us. Your order can be shipped the following week once items are paid off.
  • Consistent failure to pay remaining balances will result in being banned from shopping at Heavenly Beauty.

Do you allow a deposit to open a box for the week?

  • Heavenly Beauty does not offer a deposit method.
  • Boxes can only be opened through purchasing a bundle on our website.

If I go over budget and pay my remaining balance through Cash App or Venmo, will everything ship together?

  • Yes, all items from your order will be shipped together. Unless you purchase a second order through the website. You will receive 2 packages from us.

How much is shipping?

  • California, Texas, & Arizona:
    • $5 flat-rate shipping
    • We cover any extra cost if the label is more.
  • All other U.S. states:
    • $8 flat-rate shipping
    • We cover any additional cost above $8.

How do I find my tracking number?

  • Tracking numbers are sent right after shipping labels are printed.
  • If you did not receive one, please contact us via email, TikTok, or Instagram.

One of my items arrived damaged. What should I do?

  • Contact us and provide:
    • A photo of the damaged item
    • A photo of your written invoice
  • We offer:
    • A refund,
    • Store credit, or
    • A replacement (if available)
  • Requests must be made within 30 days. After 30 days, we cannot offer solutions.

What if my package arrived damaged or never arrived?

  • Once packages leave our facility, delivery is out of our control.
  • Please open a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • We will also open a claim through the shipping label insurance to try to get you a refund.
  • To open a claim on our end, you must send:
    • Photos of the damaged box, and
    • Photos of the damaged items
  • Without these photos, we cannot file the claim.
  • Claim processing typically takes 3–5 days, but can take longer depending on the insurance company.
